- Free shipping is available on all orders over PKR 5000.
- A PKR 250 delivery fee applies to orders below PKR 5000.

- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Courier services operate between 9 AM and 5 PM on business days.
- Our trusted shipping partners include PostEx, TCS, Call Courier, Leopards and FastEx.
- Separate orders must be placed for multiple delivery destinations.
- If secure delivery to your address is a concern, you may opt to receive your package at a business location. Please include the company name in the ‘Address 1’ field.
- All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Karachi.
